How the contract is formed
After placing an order, you will receive an email from Lismore Heritge acknowledging that we have received your order (the "Order Confirmation"). Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted.  Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a product or service.  All orders are subject to acceptance by Lismore Heritage, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an email that confirms that the products have been dispatched (the "Dispatch Confirmation"). The contract between us (the "Contract") will only be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation. The Contract will relate only to those products whose dispatch we have confirmed in the Dispatch Confirmation.

Stock availability
All orders for products are subject to availability and in this regard, in the event of supply difficulties or because products are no longer in stock, we will send you an email advising you that we are unable to fulfil your order or one of our customer services team will contact you.

Delivery
We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however, delays are occasionally inevitable. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated timescales.

All items are subject to stock availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A refund will be given on request where you have already paid for the goods.

When we deliver your items to you, you may be asked to sign for the goods to acknowledge that you have received them.

Returns
We will replace or credit your account for most items, provided they are returned complete, unused and in their original packaging, with any appropriate security tags intact, within 28 days of receipt. Subject to stock availability

We reserve the right to charge goods to your account, if you return them after the 28 day approval period or if they are returned spoilt or otherwise damaged.

For most items, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving the goods. If you wish to cancel using this right, you need to inform us in writing within 7 working days, starting the day after you received the goods. You must take reasonable care of the goods and immediately return them to us in the normal way. We will not consider that you have taken reasonable care of the goods, if they have been used in a way or to an extent beyond what would be reasonable when examining the goods in a shop before purchase

If you return an item to us outside the terms of our returns policy and Approval Guarantee and your statutory rights do not apply, we may not refund you. The item may be returned back to you at your expense. You will be notified of this and other associated charges. If you send the item back to us again, or refuse to accept delivery, this will be deemed to be an irreversible instruction for us to dispose* of your goods without further notice.
